2021 Weight Loss Update

The last update I have on here about my weight loss journey is from 2019, which is probably when I stopped really putting in the work. Most of my results were really late last year December and April this year. I worked my butt off exercising, portion control, fasting and exercise challenges. I actually kept records for the most part, so might screenshot and compile what happened each month.

Check out my last Weight lost entry post in 2019, reading it made me cry because I realize how far I came from, now I am 161.8 lbs.
